Q. How much do our tours cost?
The Original Brew Tour: Weekdays: $85PP Weekends: $90PP
After Hours Brew Tour: Weekdays: $90PP, Weekends: $95PP
The Sip of Boston Brew Tour: $65PP (only offered on Saturdays and Sundays)

Q. How do I book a tour?
A. Click Here: Book Now, Then choose which Boston Brew Tour you were looking to do and the date, fill out all the necessary information, and that’s pretty much it. Please call us if you have any difficulty booking a tour.
Q. Why wasn’t I able to pay when making a booking?
A. If we did not ask for payment during the booking process, we have not reached our minimum tour participants. Once the tour minimum is met, the system will automatically accept your booking request and you will then have 48 hours to pay the amount due. If this payment is not received within 48 hours, the system will automatically cancel your tour.
Q. Could my tour get cancelled?
A. Not likely, but its possible. In the event of severe weather or a lack of tour-goers, the tour may be canceled. If there are less than six (6) seats booked for a tour, that tour may be subject to cancellation (so bring all of your friends and family)!
If there are less than six (6) seats booked for a tour, we will do our best to notify you via email/phone at least 48 hours prior to your tour and try to reschedule you to an alternate date/time. If you can’t reschedule, you will receive a full refund.
If you’re a group of 2-5 people and you’re are worried that your tour may be cancelled due to not meeting the six (6) person minimum, we offer a “Tour Guarantee”, which ensures that your tour runs despite the tour minimum. This “Tour Guarantee” is $50PP, non-refundable, and not applicable 72 hours before a tour.
Q. What about cancellation due to weather?
A. If roads are fair and our brewery partners are open, we make every effort to run our tours as scheduled. In the event of inclement weather, the decision to cancel will be made by Brew Tours Staff at least 24 hours before the date of the tour. Should you wish to reschedule due to inability to travel during inclement weather, within 72 hours of your tour date, we will offer to extend our $25 per person date change fee. In the event of a cancellation by Brew Tours Staff, you will receive a full refund. If a tour is not cancelled by Brew Tours Staff, and you choose not to reschedule with the added date change fee, no refunds will be provided.
Q. How do I redeem my gift voucher?

Q. What time is pick-up?
A. THE VAN WILL ARRIVE AT CHARLES ST LIQUORS ON 143 CHARLES ST BOSTON MA 02114 IN BEACON HILL AT THE OFFICIAL TOUR START TIME TIME AND THEN WILL WAIT UP TO 15 MINUTES. IF GUESTS ARE NOT AT THE PICKUP LOCATION AFTER THIS 10 MINUTES WAITING PERIOD, THE VAN WILL LEAVE WITH OUT YOU (i.e. If a tour starts at 10:20AM, you should be at the pick up location no later than 10:10AM)
Q. Where should I park if I am driving to the pick up spot?
A. There are two garages next to the pickup location. The garage at 213 Charles St (Across from the Liberty Hotel at 215 Charles St, This lot’s entrance is on the Storrow Drive West Ramp. This parking lot after 5PM and on weekends is a flat $12.
The other parking garage is the Charles St Garage located at 144 Charles St across from the Charles St Liquors pickup location but more expensive (Approx. $25-30)
Q. What’s included in the price?
A. Tours are ALL INCLUSIVE! The tour price includes up to 15+ different beers (ranging from 3-16 ounces), a beer food pairing meal, brewery entrance fees, brewery gratuity, and round trip transportation.

A. The Original and After Hours Tour are approximately 5-6 hours.
B. The Sip of Boston Tour is Approximately 3.5 hours and only offered on Saturday and Sunday.
Q. Can I book a tour the morning of?

Q. Where do you pick up?
A. Pickup is at Charles St Liquors located at 143 Charles St, Boston MA 02114, a block away from the Charles/MGH T Station off the Red Line.
Q. Should I eat breakfast before the tour?
A. Have a good breakfast so you’re not drinking on an empty stomach. Take advantage of Starbucks and Au Bon Pain!
Q. Is tip for your beer guide included in the price?
A. We only include pre-paid gratuity for parties of four or greater. If you think your guide was awesome, we suggest $15 pp.
Q. What should I wear?
A. We don’t have a dress code, however our brewery partners recommend you wear CLOSED TOE SHOES. No Sandals.
Q. What are the minimum number of people for a tour run?
A. All Boston Brew Tours need a minimum of 6 people to run.
Q. Do you offer private tours?

Q. How big are your tours?
A. Public tours normally never exceed 14 people. If your group is greater than 14 people, please contact us about our private tour availability.
Q. Can you drink in the van?
A. Drinking is reserved only for the breweries.
Q. What is your policy on intoxication before and during the tour?
A. If a person is visibly intoxicated before the tour begins, we have to right to deny your entrance onto the tour. During the tour, if a customer disobeys, disrespects, causes any physical or emotional harm to any property, staff, or the group as a whole, their entire group will be removed from the tour. If either of these situations occur, no refund will be provided. DO NOT PRE-GAME THE BREW TOUR and RESPECT THE BREWERIES, GUIDE, & VEHICLE.
WE ARE VERY SERIOUS ABOUT THIS POLICY.
Q. What is the Refund Policy for Boston Brew Tours?
A. Due to high demand for tours, tickets are non-refundable 3 days prior to the tour. Our Refund Policy for Public Tours is as follows:
- 2 weeks or more: Full Refund
- Less than 2 weeks: 75% Refund
- Less than 7 days: 50% Refund
- Less than 72 hours: Non-refundable
Q. Can I reschedule my tour?
A. Any date changes that are made less than 2 weeks before your tour will be subject to a $25pp rescheduling fee. No date changes can be made less than 72 hours before a tour.
